The professional conduct of Miss Feather is the core foundation of how the 'client' should behave, act from the beginning of each correspondence, transaction till the end of each booking/meeting made with Miss Feather. We are proud of our core values, high standards that are designed for the improvement of general well-being.

Professional Conduct of Miss Feather

1.00 ‘Client’ will conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times.

1.01 Use of verbal or physical abuse towards Miss Feather will result in immediate discharge and refusal of ‘our’ services.

1.02 We do not tolerate drunk ‘client’ or the use of any drugs or harmful substances during the session.

1.03 Miss Feather does not engage in any illegal acts.

1.04 Client’ should maintain a high standard of dental/personal hygiene at all times.

1.05 Client’ will respect the boundaries of Miss Feather/Catherine at all times.

1.06 Client’ are required to pay a deposit of £80 for each booking, with the remaining tribute to be paid in person. There is also an option to pay the full tribute in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling require a minimum notice of 20-24 hours otherwise no refund will be provided.

1.07 Client’ are expected to maintain a discreet manner in the studio or in public places (hotels, lobbies, restaurants, etc.) at all times.

1.08 'Clients' should preferably be over the age of 21 to participate in any of Miss Feather's experiences. I will take into consideration individuals aged between 20 and 21 depending on each case.

1.09 Clients’ are required to wait at least 7 days before rebooking another appointment to prevent addiction to our services, unless otherwise allowed by me.

1.10Client’ who decide to book ‘our’ session must be a ‘natural person’ and truly represent themselves.

1.11 Booking ‘our’ services on behalf of someone else will be dismissed.

1.12 Client’ must comply with the legislation of the Data Protection Act 2018 and respect our privacy, unless ordered otherwise by the court.

1.13 Miss Feather complies with the legislation of the Data Protection Act 2018 and respects ‘client’ privacy, unless ordered otherwise by the court.

1.14 Potential or existing 'client' who might be a public figure, HNWI, or have any concerns about privacy have the option to sign a contract of confidentiality with Miss Feather. The solicitor fee will be paid by the ‘client’.

1.15 Paid 'Client' agree and give their consent to Miss Feather / Catherine to apply physical and psychological exercises on themselves, whether in person or online.

1.16 Paid 'Client' are obliged to use the safe word 'RED' if they wish to immediately stop any activity carried out by Miss Feather / Catherine.

1.17 ‘Client’ will be placed on garden leave if Miss Feather / Catherine deems it appropriate. This practice will result in a refusal of ‘our’ services for a period of time (weeks, months) during which the ‘client’ will not have access until that period is finished. This practice shall be applied when the ‘client’ disrespects our time, such as reorganizing bookings multiple times, canceling bookings at the last minute on a few occasions, as well as making inappropriate comments or questioning our values.

‘our’ = Representing Miss Feather or Catherine

‘natural person’ = A living human being, not a corporate/legal person acting on behalf of an entity
